Ms. Moyé is a retired federal employee with more than 27 years of service. As a seasoned human resources manager, she retired as the Chief, Labor Relations and Performance Management for the Federal Communications Commission. Her federal career also includes positions as Assoc. Chief, Labor and Employee Relations and Labor and Employee Relations Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She’s also worked with the Departments of Navy and Air Force. Possessing both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Virginia State University, and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law, she has served as an adjunct faculty member of the Graduate School, USDA for several years. She has also taught business law classes for Park University as an adjunct professor. Not only is she a published author, but she also owns Litigation Alternatives, as well as her own publishing company, LEJ Poetic Enterprises. She continues to serve the communities where she’s lived as an active and involved volunteer.
